We have always enjoyed staying here. The front desk worker(s) are always helpful and kind. The location to nearby bars and restaurants is a plus too. But let me tell you, it is absolute highway robbery that a small bottle of water from their fridge costs 8 each. If you are going to charge an insane price, you should probably clearly mark that or tell the individual before charging their room. I could have paid to buy an entire case of the same water for the cost of 2 of them!

The hotel is conveniently located close to Baylor Scott and White for those who are visiting family and loved ones there. The parking is a little confusing as it’s in the garage that’s shared some Medical professionals. The service specifically the front desk is top notch. Barry at the front desk is very personable and very helpful.

Location was great. The parking garage was affordable. They have Texas shaped waffles. Digital keys were not working anywhere but the front desk was helpful and friendly. Other guests were loud. Knocking down the service score a bit as I didn't have any bowls or utensils for dinner..... Until I found ALL of the dishes clean in the dishwasher and had to put the whole thing away. What a bummer!

Needed a room ASAP for myself, wife, daughter and babysitter after a sketchy AirBNB incident. The hotel staff at the desk were quick, efficient, and very personable which made us feel more at ease. The room was clean and excellent for wait we paid. Complimentary breakfast the following morning was your basic standard hotel breakfast and I mean that in the absolute best way. Would most definitely stay here again with my family.

Room was clean. Hotel is ok for a quick stay but wouldn’t want to vacation here. Hotel had damage on our floor and there was a bucket in the middle of the hall collecting water. No warning sign just random Rubbermaid tub in hall. Parking was horrible. Not an easy walk to hotel from parking garage if you have mobility issues. Parking garage is not well marked for entrance or for interior of garage to navigate. It is a shared garage with hospital. The person checking us in didn’t make it clear where garage was so at night it was hard to locate. Also hard to find the elevator in garage. Again not for those with mobility issues.

Booked a two queen room online December 15th, but Barry (one of the managers) called me and stated they did not have those rooms available. They overbooked. He assured me there would be no fees applied and the room would be refunded. However, there was still a charged applied to my credit card a while later. I tried to reach out to Barry, but he claimed the overbooking was canceled on his end and that there was no documentation he could provide. I called again on 1/3/24 and was finally able to get a refund processed and get some form of document emailed to me thanks to Maria. Make sure you get a receipt of any cancelation or of checkout. Horrible experience would not recommend.

Barry at the front desk is amazing. We stayed at the hotel for a few nights while my husband had a procedure. I came down to buy some waters and he sensed my stress and worry. He went above and beyond to comfort me when I didn’t even know I needed it. Thank you, Barry, for being the hands and feet of Jesus. You know what I mean! You are a blessing and I’m so thankful for your willingness to comfort others. You are placed here for a great purpose. “IT IS WELL”! Service is 5 stars because of Barry. Thank you

Front desk was welcoming and helpful! Breakfast was great, and the staff was friendly and attentive. They kept everything stocked. Housekeeping ladies were friendly and helpful. It was a good stay, …
